GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY

After the initial 30 days, subscription courses can no longer be refunded however you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring payments. Please provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel your recurring payment as we are unable to cancel recurring payments on the same day of their processing date.
HOW CANCELLATION AFFECTS YOUR ACCESS — PLEASE READ BEFORE CANCELLING
Our membership platform ends access at the moment a subscription is cancelled. It cannot schedule a cancellation to take effect at the end of your paid period. This is a limitation of the software we use rather than a policy decision on our part, but it does mean that if you cancel early in your billing period, you will lose access to the remainder of that period.
To keep access for the full period you have paid for, wait to cancel until the week your subscription is scheduled to renew, and cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date — we are unable to cancel a recurring payment on the same day it processes.

LIVE EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
A Live event or workshop is defined as a product or training series that holds live instruction. Live instruction can be in weekly calls, workshops, consulting, or one day live training. Workshops or courses with live instruction are non-refundable after the date of the event. Substitutions may be considered.
